At CitiScape,
we have always encouraged our staff to give back to
our communities through outreach and donations. Whether
it's a small, local fundraiser or a national effort,
it's a win-win situation because our employees are happier
and more fulfilled, and our communities are stronger.
CitiScape is a proud contributor to such diverse causes

shelter, a wildlife center, and an advocacy department.

Rebuilding
Together Oakland
Rebuilding Together Oakland (RTO) rehabilitates the
homes of low-income elderly and disabled homeowners,
so they may continue to live in safety, comfort and
independence. RTO utilizes the hard work of skilled
and unskilled volunteers, and leverages financial and
in-kind donations to make these improvements at no cost
to the homeowners. RTO also rehabilitates nonprofit
facilities that work directly within low-income communities.

Giants Community Fund – Junior Giants
The Junior Giants program provides a free, non-competitive, co-ed baseball program to more than 15,000 children in over 80 underserved communities. Through Junior Giants, kids are given opportunities for character development, scholarships, and literacy programs. Junior Giants also encourages kids to excel in school, be healthy and get involved in their communities. This approach creates a well-rounded program that offers a positive activity for kids.

Juma Ventures
Juma Ventures is a powerful force for change for under-resourced youth who are motivated to earn a college degree. Juma youth engage in an innovative, award-winning program that integrates employment in social enterprises, college preparation, and financial literacy/matched savings scholarships. Juma's mission is to break the cycle of poverty by ensuring that young people complete a four-year college education. Juma's comprehensive, results-oriented program empowers low-income youth to transcend challenging circumstances, fullfill their inherent potential, and positively impact their communities.

The African American Art and Culture Complex (AAACC)
The African American Art and Culture Complex (AAACC) is a community based 501c3 nonprofit arts and cultural organization. Their mission is to nurture and facilitate the empowerment of the community through Afro-centric artistic and cultural expression, mediums, education and programming. The AAACC is dedicated to inspiring children and youth to serve as agents of change, cultivating their leadership skills and fostering a commitment to community service and activism. In addition, the AAACC is dedicated to encouraging, supporting, and promoting the work of young aspiring Bay Area artists.
