CitiScape Property Management Group announces new client -
Museum Parc
(San Francisco, CA) - CitiScape Property Management Group, a full-service real estate management firm offering professional property management services in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, is proud to announce the Museum Parc Residential and Master Associations as the newest addition to its expanding list of clients.
Museum Parc is a mixed-use 234 unit high-rise residential condominium community, and has engaged CitiScape for full-service property management. Museum Parc was developed by ADCO in 1989, and was the first residential condominium built in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco. When the earthquake of 1989 hit the City, 189 of Museum's 233 units were already under contract. ADCO offered a number of the remaining nearly completed apartments as temporary dwellings to residents whose homes in the Marina had been destroyed.
The building amenities include 24 hour security, doorman, on-site homeowners’ association office, on-site parking, center courtyard, gym with swimming pool, and handicap accessible apartments. Additionally, several restaurants, a dry cleaner, a small grocery store and deli are all included at the ground level podium.
