CitiScape Property Management Group, LLC Supports Holiday
Giving Programs
(San Francisco, CA) — CitiScape Property Management Group is contributing to several holiday giving programs this year such as The Salvation Army Food Drive, Adopt-A-Senior/Adopt-A-Family, UNICEF and Heifer International.
CitiScape has been supporting the Salvation Army’s Food Drive Program for many years. Each year, employees donate canned foods/non-perishable items to the area needy and they will distribute the food collected from the
barrel to those in need within the community including homeless families, the unemployed, homebound and low income senior citizens. In addition to The Salvation Army Food Drive program, CitiScape will participate in their
Adopt-A-Senior/Adopt-A-Family programs.
“We find these programs to be especially meaningful because we’re able to give back to the communities we serve in a different way via outreach and donations. And with the current economic crisis coupled with the holiday season, we know the need is even greater this year,” said Robert Simms, Director of Property Management and Managing Partner.
Since CitiScape began in 1999, it has grown from a two person operation to a current staff of 85 managers, administrative, accounting, building engineering and service employees, growing at a rate of 15%-20% per year over that span and in February 2008, CitiScape was ranked the 14th largest property management firm in the Bay Area. CitiScape currently manages 4,100 condominium homes in the Bay Area, as well as a portfolio of commercial and apartment buildings through its commercial brokerage subsidiary, FogCiti Real Estate, Inc.
