Nick Berg, PCAM, CPM

President

Nick Berg is President of CitiScape Property Management Group. His responsibilities include information technology, legal, and insurance issues. Nick has experience in managing residential real estate, including apartment buildings and high-rise condominium associations. Nick previously served as a General Manager and a Portfolio Manager for high-rise condominium buildings in San Francisco. He has also served as a Board Member and Treasurer of a homeowners association.

Nick holds a Broker’s License with the California Department of Real Estate. He also holds the designations of “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA), “Association Management Specialist” (AMS), and “Professional Community Association Manager” (PCAM) through Community Associations Institute (CAI). He is also a “Certified Property Manager” (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Nick received a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Wayne Lee, Cpa

Wayne Lee joined the CitiScape team in 2008 as its Controller. Wayne is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with over 25 years of accounting experience. He brings to CitiScape tremendous expertise and leadership. Wayne was named CFO in 2010, with responsibilities that include oversight of CitiScape’s corporate and client accounting, property management, and risk management. In addition, he is responsible for strategic planning, new business ventures, coalescing the accounting and condominium management team, and customer service process and improvements.

Prior to joining CitiScape, Wayne held consulting and corporate executive leadership roles in mid to large size companies. Wayne graduated from Golden Gate University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Vice President

Native San Franciscan Paul Mora handles some of San Francisco’s top San Francisco high rise addresses including: The Summit at 999 Green Street, The Clay-Jones, 1000 Green, and 333 Bush Street. In his years with CitiScape, Paul made a name for himself by cutting costs while maximizing top-quality service. Paul specializes in high-rise property and facilities management and is considered a leading expert in union employee bargaining. Paul also manages CitiScape’s Commercial Division, responsible for a variety of commercial and light industrial properties.

Paul brings more than two decades of hospitality experience to his work at CitiScape, having worked with some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the Bay Area. It was Paul, in fact, who came up with CitiScape’s tag line and motto: “Professional Management, Personal Service”.

Robin A. Romo, Camex, Mcam-Hr, Pcam

Chief Operating Officer

Robin Romo has been in the community association management industry for over a decade. She has extensive experience managing high rise, luxury condominium projects and mixed use properties, including some of the largest high rise condominium projects in San Francisco. These include buildings such as The Infinity, The Metropolitan, and The Beacon. In her role as General Manager of these buildings, Robin successfully managed the physical and fiscal attributes of the building, while maintaining a strong sense of community and customer service. Her knowledge of construction standards greatly assisted design professionals and construction experts through SB 800 proceedings. In her previous role of Director of Management Services, Robin oversaw the day-to-day efforts of a team of community association managers and their respective staffs.

Robin holds the distinctive titles of CAMEx, “Professional Community Association Manager” (PCAM) and “Association Management Specialist” (AMS) through Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Master of Community Association Management with a specialty certificate in high rise management (MCAM-HR) through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). The CAMEx is an acknowledgement of Robin’s contributions to the industry and reflects her willingness to work on shaping the industry for the good of all. It is about “giving back” to the community. Only a few of the top members of our industry are eligible for the CAMEx designation. Robin is also a Certified High Rise Fire Safety Director and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley as well as a B.S. and an M.B.A from Golden Gate University.

In addition to her responsibilities at CitiScape, Robin has been a faculty member of the CACM since 2010. Her class instructions include: “Basics of Association Management”, “High Rise Management”, and “Human Resources Management”. Prior to joining the community management industry, Robin worked for 11 years in hotel operations, hospitality and sales for one of the largest luxury chains in the world.

As if that wasn’t enough, Robin speaks multiple languages: full fluency in English, Tagalog, and Spanish; working in Cantonese and Japanese.

Edward I. Dale

Edward I. Dale is Co-founder of CitiScape Property Management Group. Ed holds two undergraduate degrees and a Master’s Degree in Business.

Ed has an extensive background in all phases of property management with almost 50 years of experience. As an executive with the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Western New York, he was instrumental in the development of community housing for the developmentally disabled. Ed was for many years in a management role with a large national developer of commercial and retail complexes. He is also retired from the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York.

In the Bay Area for the last 25 years, Ed has managed a varied portfolio of commercial and residential properties including high profile historic and landmark buildings.

Ed is currently semi-retired and with his partner Françoise, enjoys being active members of the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center and the Marin Tennis Club.
